Comcast Spotlight, the ad sales division of Comcast Cable, is integrating its sales and marketing teams. This streamlining is a key component of the company’s focus on creating end-to-end digital marketing solutions for national, regional and local advertisers.
As a part of the integration process, Comcast Spotlight’s corporate marketing team is now being led by Vice President of Marketing Kellie Grutko. Reporting to Hank Oster, Spotlight’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, Grutko’s expanded responsibilities include determining the company’s strategic marketing, branding, promotions, communications and corporate creative services operations strategies.
Grutko also works closely with marketing professionals from each of Comcast Spotlight’s four operating divisions, as part of the company’s focus on collaboration between its corporate and field teams. This unique corporate-field partnership helps to ensure a consistent implementation of its marketing initiatives and maximizes opportunities for two-way collaboration.
