Pile of MoneyOne way to earn income from a broadcast station is to handle its basic operations while leaving the programming to a second party for what is essentially a rental fee. The rules are not the same for noncoms, however, costing a pair of non-profit operators.


The station is WSPM-FM Cloverdale IN, a Class B on 89.1 MHz serving the population resident just to the west of Indianapolis. It gets into the city with a secondary contour only.
