Listeners will hear familiar names and voices when they tune into Cox Radio Atlanta’s five stations (B98.5 FM, 97.1 The River, Kiss 104.1, 95.5 The Beat and News Talk 750 WSB). Cox Radio Atlanta is launching the “I Am Atlanta” radio campaign. The campaign combines online features with on-air spots to portray positive attributes about the city from notable citizens.
During these difficult economic times, the campaign was designed to instill a sense of pride in Atlantans and remind listeners of the city’s rich history and many offerings. The current spots include Tad Hutcheson, vice president of marketing for AirTran Airways; Captain Larry Schnall, senior trooper for the Georgia State Patrol; and Monica Pearson, WSB-TV’s Action News
anchor. “I Am Atlanta” will continue to grow with additional spots from more of Atlanta’s well-known citizens.
