What’s Next For Entercom, Cumulus Staff In N.Y., Indy and Massachusetts?


From Music City USA to the streets of Midtown Manhattan, the radio industry is buzzing about Wednesday’s post-Closing Bell announcement that Cumulus Media is swapping New York’s NASH 94.7 and two Bay State stations to Entercom for its Indianapolis cluster.

This deal came concurrent to a $103.5 million sale of six stations to Educational Media Foundation (EMF).

What is the fate of those employed by Cumulus and Entercom? We know a little bit more about that part of this blockbuster move executed by Cumulus CEO Mary Berner thanks to a series of FCC filings posted Thursday morning.
