SAVANNAH, GA. — In the Spring 2020 Nielsen Audio ratings for market No. 146, a Cumulus Media News/Talker received a 0.6 share in the ratings, near the bottom of the rankings. A Sports Talk sibling branded as “The Ticket” did not appear.
While some may argue it was the programming, and others may blame the signal in an era of FM and digitally delivered audio, one thing’s for certain: these stations will never appear again in a Nielsen survey.
That’s because Cumulus has surrendered their licenses to the FCC.
