Donald Trump’s and NBC Universal’s Miss Universe Organization announced that Jerry Springer and Mel B will host the 2008 Miss Universe Pageant from Vietnam on Sunday, July 13th. The pageant will be broadcast in the US by NBC and simulcast in Spanish on Telemundo. You may recall that both Springer and Mel B were celebrity contestants on “Dancing with the Stars,” but not in the same season. Springer hosts “The Jerry Springer” and “America’s Got Talent.” Mel B (Melanie Brown) was an original member of the Spice Girls and is working on her third solo album. She is currently working on “The Singing Office,” which will air on TLC.
