Wall Street may not place much value on Cumulus Media, but Lew Dickey Sr. must think it’s a bargain. He just keeps on buying and buying. The patriarch of the broadcasting family, and father of CEO Lew Jr., filed an update with the SEC on his stock buying. It is a long list of purchases of Cumulus stock – as few as four shares in one case and 20,087 in another. No stock sales are reported, just buys. In all, he now owns 884,000 shares of Class A Common Stock directly and 4,878,307 shares of Class A Common Stock through the Lewis W. Dickey, Sr. Revocable Trust, of which he is trustee.
