The total cash amount raked in during the first quarter of 2010 by satellite video MVPD DISH Network Corporation was $3.02B. That accounted for a 5% increase over the same period in 2009, when it pulled down $2.91B.
However, it was a bit of a different story when it came to net income, which fell 26% from $313M to $231M.
The service did manage to add a significant number of customers in Q1. It now stands at about 14.337M subscribers after adding about 237K during the quarter.
