An ad featuring President Barack Obama will air in local spots in key radio markets, and will go out nationally on the programs of key syndicated radio air talents. The effort, which is aimed at getting African-American voters to the polls, is being handled by the Democratic National Committee.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, stations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Florida, Missouri and Wisconsin will be getting the local spots.

The group of syndicated talent in on the buy includes Tom Joyner, Steve Harvey , Michael Baisden, Yolanda Adams, Russ Parr, Bev Smith, Doug Banks, Coco Brother, Al Sharpton and Warren Ballentine.

The campaign also includes newspaper and online elements. An earlier similarly-targeted campaign ran just after Labor Day.
