SoldSt. Peter the Rock is the proud new owner of WWMK-AM in Cleveland OH. The station was acquired by the company as part of the ongoing breakup of the Radio Disney station group. Brokers: Greg Guy, Patrick Communications (buyer), Bill Schutz, Schutz & Company (seller).


The station operates on 1260 kHz with 10 kW-D, 5 kW-N.

The price was $895,000.

The backers on the non-profit St. Peter the Rock include Gerald A. Monroe and Patrick J. D’Andrea. They are two of seven directors, each holding 14.8% of the company’s voting stake. Monroe also serves as President, and D’Andrea is Treasurer.
