The seller is Queen Cities Broadcasting LLC. Manager Charles J. Dreifus signed off on the deal.
EMF is headed by Mike Novak.
The price is $7,000,000 cash. Unless we’re missing something, this is the biggest single-radio-station deal of the year.
KMCQ-FM is a Class C2 on 104.5 MHz with 7.1 kW @ 1,273’. The station has good market coverage.
