Since 2016, she has served as the Director of Sales for the Nexstar Media Group-owned FOX and The CW Network affiliates serving the second-largest market in Colorado.
Now, she’s being promoted to VP/GM.
Effective immediately, the role is that of Donna D’Amico.
D’Amico has been a sales standout at “FOX21,” KXRM-TV, and for sibling KXTU-TV in Colorado Springs. She spearheaded the sales plan and revenue approach for KXRM’s “Loving, Living Local,” a lifestyle program featuring stories about health and wellness, family fun, and the local entertainment scene; and “Overtime,” a Friday sports highlight show featuring local high school athletes.
Before relocating to Colorado Springs, D’Amico served as Local Sales Manager at KDVR-31 and KWGN-2 in Denver, today owned by Nexstar. Prior to that, she served as Integrated Marketing Manager at WOIO-19 and WUAB-TV in Cleveland, today owned by Gray Television.
She’s also been a Regional Account Manager at KRQE-TV and KASA-TV in Albuquerque-Santa Fe, N. Mexico.
But, most pertinently, D’Amico from late 2003 to December 2005 was GSM for KXRM and KXTU, under Barrington ownership.
