Markets had a sleep start to the week Monday, with stocks gaining just a hair — after a massive drop last week — on hopes that Washington will find a way to compromise and avoid allowing Fiscal Cliff tax hikes and spending cuts to expire that would push the economy back into a recession. The RBR Radio Index was down .378, or .1%, to 411.140.

The TVBR Television Index was down 5.120, or 1.6%, to 319.062.
