An FM translator serving Wisconsin’s state capital will soon be licensed to Educational Media Foundation, the religious noncommercial radio giant that runs the KLOVE Christian Contemporary Music and Air1 worship/praise music networks.
To get it, EMF is giving up an AM and two FM translators serving Northwest Ohio’s largest market.
