KXMG-FM already covers the City of New Orleans and after it builds out a CP it will bring in much more of the surrounding territory. And it will be bringing it in to the benefit of Educational Media Foundation.
Once again, the noncommercial religious outfit will be claiming territory in the unreserved band.
