Envision Radio NetworksEnvision Radio Networks and RadioTraks unveiled E-Quest Alert, a distinctive listener appointment tool that sends song alerts directly to listeners’ email or cell phone. E-Quest Alert joins EZ Trak and Majority Rules as the third service of RadioTraks’ listener engagement trifecta that is now available for barter.

“Engaging listeners on multiple levels seems key in a world with so many listening options,” said RadioTraks Hal Fish. “And if you can engage them in a way that brings them back to your radio station, I think you’ve got something.”

E-Quest Alert revolutionizes the way listeners use the radio by creating an appointment that brings listeners back to your station anytime, day or night, no matter what they’re doing. Using a simple embedded web widget, listeners sign up to receive a free alert via text message or email to notify them when their favorite songs are scheduled to play. Registered users can also select up to five titles with full control over how and when they receive their alerts.

“RadioTraks has designed the complete listener experience from on-air to station’s websites to social media,” said President and CEO of Envision Radio Networks Danno Wolkoff. “With E-Quest Alert, listeners can sign-in with Facebook and post saved song lists on their wall and tell friends when to listen to the radio station to hear those songs.

In addition to increasing TSL, E-Quest Alert also delivers increased web traffic and ad impressions. By operating entirely in a shadowbox interface, listeners never leave the station’s site and spend more time interfacing with the station online. Stations can also make money off of unique ad impressions that are generated from built-in ad space every time E-Quest Alert is used.
