Liberman Broadcasting’s Estrella TV network will begin airing in mid-August on a DTV multicast channel of Hearst Television’s KOAT-TV Albuquerque, along with its satellite stations in Carlsbad and Silver City. New Mexico has the highest percentage of Hispanic citizens of any state, some 45%.
