Liberman Broadcasting’s new Estrella TV network announced an affiliation agreement to be carried on a digital multicast of Sinclair’s KVMY-TV, the MyNetworkTV affiliate in Las Vegas. Liberman says Las Vegas is the nation’s 22nd largest Hispanic TV market.
