Fazoli’s, fresh off the launch of a new prototype restaurant and menu, is taking its brand to a new agency. Following a review, the 250-unit premium quick service Italian chain determined Cleveland-based Brokaw Inc. could best capture the brand’s revitalized direction.
Right Place Media will continue to provide buying and digital marketing, while Brad Ritter Communications will continue to handle PR duties.
Brokaw was founded in 1992. The independent agency has done creative for clients such as vitaminwater global, Bruegger’s Bagels and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
Brokaw’s focus will be to further sharpen the Fazoli’s brand position and develop a new and relevant creative campaign, while helping to drive a fully integrated marketing effort.
