That misrepresentation to the Commission yielded a Hearing Designation Order. Now, the Administrative Law Judge has made it clear that a license revocation hearing cannot proceed unless Marion Education Exchange, licensee of WWGH-LPFM in Marion, Ohio, obtains legal counsel.
