Hurricane Lane is making its course toward Hawaii and is expected to hit land soon. This makes it the first time since 1992 that a hurricane is expected to hit the state.
As Hurricane Lane continues traveling toward Hawaii as a Category 4, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) of the Federal Communications Commission is taking steps to ensure everyone’s safety.
On Aug. 22, PSHSB announces the activation od the Disaster Information Reporting System in response to the hurricane.
