It is traditional for the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission to exit when a new President takes office, but Kevin Martin had left people guessing on whether he might stay on until his term as a Commissioner ran out. Nope. Martin announced today (1/15) that he would resign on Tuesday, January 20th, the day Barack Obama takes the oath of office as President of the United States.
