WASHINGTON, D.C. — A California Congresswoman on Monday (10/17) moved forward with the introduction of legislation she believes will “ensure broadcasters accurately disclose the identity of foreign sponsors on airwaves and enable Americans to make informed decisions about the media they consume.”
It’s something every broadcast media leader needs to look at, as bipartisan support from the Senate is already being seen with the concurrent introduction of companion legislation.
