The OMB has approved the FCC’s new ownership form, the one set up to accommodate enhanced disclosure for the purpose of gathering detailed ownership data. And it’s also checked in at the Federal Register. Therefore, FCC Form 323’s due date to be turned in to the Commission is 12/15/09.
It is expected to be available 11/16/09 or thereabouts, and the FCC is encouraging those who are able to turn the form in as early as possible. Information provided is expected to be current to 11/1/09.
The FCC says it has fielded numerous questions regarding the form, and will set up a special website to provide answers to many of them. Other inquiries should be emailed to [email protected].
