In July, a petition was filed with the FCC by Florida Community Radio that requested additional tolling of a Construction Permit expiration.
The Media Bureau denied the petition, via a letter decision. FCR wasn’t satisfied, and sought reconsideration.
A decision has been rendered on that request: the petition has been dismissed, in part.
But, it’s otherwise denied.
