Matt Feinberg may be known among many media industry professionals for his role as Director of Sales of Jelli, the programmatic buying platform for broadcast radio.
As of today, they will now know Feinberg as the Chief Strategy Officer of the largest independent Hispanic platform in the U.S.
That would be HRN Media Network, a Gen Media Partners company. The appointmnet brings Feinberg back to the radio industry.
At HRN, he reports to President Clark Logan. He said, “As HRN looks to meet the many opportunities that go beyond broadcast radio, Matt’s experience and knowledge will be pivotal in helping us achieve results for our content partners and advertisers.”
Feinberg most recently helped the custom-branded podcast initiative at Panoply and is an adjunct professor and lecturer on digital marketing and media at Fordham University and FIT.
As SVP/Broadcast, Emerging Technologies and Digital for Zenith Media, Feinberg played a key role in the department’s expansion to digital. He created integrated media strategies, including on social media, at JL Media, Burson Integrated (a division of Burson Marstellar), and CRN International.
Feinberg started his career at Wyeth (now Pfizer), where he got his media and marketing chops working for a brand marketer.
Feinberg will be based in the HRN Media Network office at Gen Media Partners’ headquarters in New York.
