Fox: Bones held up well

On Monday, FOX aired originals of BONES (2.2/6, down -4%) and THE MOB DOCTOR (1.3/3, down -13%) last night. BONES actually held up really well against increased competition, losing only one tenth of its premiere ratings and maintaining its Adults 18-34 (1.9/6) vs last week.

Note that Fast Nationals for ABC are approximate due to local NFL preemptions. ABC’s Dancing With The Stars premiered with a 2.7/7, by far its lowest rating ever with a season debut, dropping -33% from its comparable performance last fall (4.0/10 on Mon 9/19/11) and -23% from its previous all-time premiere low last spring (3.5/9 on Mon 3/19/12). At 10pm, the 12/13 season premiere of Castle posted a 2.5/6, down -22% from its 11/12 debut last fall (3.2/8 on Mon 9/19/11).

FOXOn CBS, How I Met Your Mother premiered with a 3.4/10, its lowest rated season debut in five years (since 3.3/9 on 9/24/07), dropping -28% and -35% from its two-part premiere last fall (4.7/13 and 5.2/13 on Mon 9/19/11). At 8:30pm, new comedy Partners premiered with a 2.4/6, down -54% from a HIMYM special in the time period on premiere night last year (5.2/13). Taking over the 9pm time slot, season two of 2 Broke Girls (3.7/9) premiered with its lowest rated fall telecast to date, down -48% from its series launch last year (7.1/16 on Mon 9/19/11). Mike & Molly (3.0/7) followed with its lowest rated season premiere to date and lowest-rated fall telecast ever, down -38% from its 11/12 debut last year (4.8/11 on 9/26/11). At 10pm, Hawaii Five-0 (1.9/5) began its 12/13 season with an all-time series low, down -44% from its 11/12 season premiere last fall (3.4/8 on Mon 9/19/11). From 8-11pm, CBS was down -53% from its premiere Monday last season (2.7/7 vs. 5.8/14).

NBC’s The Voice posted a 4.2/11, down -11% from last week (4.7/12) and -32% from its comparable sixth telecast last year (6.2/16 on Monday 3/5/12). At 10pm, week two of new drama Revolution posted a 3.5/9, down -15% from its debut last week (4.1/11).
