FOX: Masterchef wins Tuesday

FOXFOX won last night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and had the highest-rated program of the night in both of those demos with MASTERCHEF.


An encore MASTERCHEF (1.5/5) at 8pm was followed by an original MASTERCHEF at 9pm (2.8/8), up +17% from last week in Adults 18-49 and up +8% in Total Viewers (6.5 vs. 6.0 Mil).

Last night’s MASTERCHEF posted its highest rating overall this summer among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers, Adults 18-34 and Adults 25-54 and its second-highest delivery ever in Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers. In addition, MASTERCHEF out-rated the #2 program of the night, America’s Got Talent, by +17% in Adults 18-49 (2.8/8 vs. 2.4/7).

Competition

ABC ran repeats of The Middle (0.8/3), Last Man Standing (0.8/2), Happy Endings (0.7/2), and Don’t Trust The B In Apt 23 (0.5/1), followed by coverage of the 2012 Republican National Convention (0.5/2) from 10-11pm.

CBS aired repeats of NCIS (1.2/4) and NCIS: LA (1.1/3), followed by Republican National Convention coverage (0.6/2) from 10-11pm.

On NBC, America’s Got Talent (2.4/7) was down -4% from last week. Coverage of the 2012 Republican National Convention (1.3/4) followed at 10pm.
