FOX aired an original HUMAN TARGET and the HELL’S KITCHEN Season 8 finale last night. HUMAN TARGET posted a 1.5/5 among Adults 18-49, down one-tenth from last week (-6%, vs. 1.6/5).
HELL’S KITCHEN at posted a 2.6/7 among Adults 18-49, up +13% from last week (2.3/6), but down -21% from its most recent Summer finale on 8/10/10 (3.3/11).
FOX ranked third for the night among Adults 18-49.
Competition
ABC filled its Wednesday night with repeats of The Middle (1.5/5), Better With You (1.3/4), Modern Family (2.0/6 and 2.1/6) from 9-10p and Cougar Town (1.3/4 and 1.2/4) from 10-11p.
On CBS, Survivor: Nicaragua concluded its Wednesday run with a 3.5/11, down -3% week over week and registering as the franchise’s lowest rated penultimate episode ever. Criminal Minds (3.2/9) was down -9% from last week, while The Defenders closed the night with a 2.0/6. Through eleven original telecasts, The Defenders is -31% below CSI: NY’s year-ago performance in the time period (2.2/7 vs. 3.2/9).
From 8-10p, NBC’s The Sing-Off delivered a 2.9/8, up +7% from last Wednesday but down -12% from this past Monday’s telecast (3.3/9). Closing out the night, a repeat of Law & Order: SVU posted a 2.0/6.
