FOX ranked No. 3 for the night among Adults 18-49 and No. 2 in Adults 18-34.

ABC ran coverage of last night’s Presidential Address and a repeat Modern Family in the 8p hour. The two-part season premiere of Scrubs delivered a 2.0/5 at 9p and 930p, down -35% and -38% from its two-part season launch last year (3.1/8 and 3.2/8 on 1/6/09). The Forgotten (1.2/3) posted its lowest rating to date at 10p, down -33% from its prior telecast on 11/17.
On CBS the live Presidential speech and news coverage was followed by a repeat NCIS (2.5/7) at 9p. At 10p, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show (2.9/8) fell -19% from last year’s Wednesday telecast (3.6/10 on 12/3/08).
After Presidential Address coverage and a special Biggest Loser repeat in the 8p hour, NBC aired an original Biggest Loser (3.7/10) from 9-11p which was up +6% week over week and up +86% versus The Jay Leno Show’s season average on Tuesdays (2.1/6).
