Fox's Monday w/ 'House' finished second at 8pm

Airing originals of HOUSE and THE CHICAGO CODE, FOX ranked #2 for the night among Adults 18-49, Total Viewers and Adults 18-34.                                                   


HOUSE posted a 3.5/10 among Adults 18-49, down -8% from last week (vs. 3.8/11), but was still the #1 program of the night in all key male demos.

At 9p THE CHICAGO CODE delivered a 1.9/5 among Adults 18-49, down one-tenth from last week (-5% vs. 2.0/6).
Competition

The season finale of ABC’s The Bachelor posted a 4.5/12 at 8p, dropping -15% from last year’s closer (5.3/14 on 3/1/10) and delivering its lowest-rated finale in three years (since London Calling on 5/12/08). Versus last year’s spring cycle, the 15th season of The Bachelor was down -20% (3.2/9 vs. 4.0/10).

Closing out the night, the special Bachelor: After The Final Rose delivered a 4.7/12, down -11% from last year’s comparable telecast.

Following a repeat How I Met Your Mother (1.9/6) at 8p, new CBS comedy Mad Love fell to a new series low (2.1/6), down -13% from last week. 

Mad Love has yet to see a week-to-week improvement since its premiere last month (3.0 > 2.8 > 2.7 > 2.4 > 2.1).  Repeats of Two and a Half Men (2.6/7), Mike & Molly (2.2/6), and Hawaii Five-0 (1.9/5) finished the night.

NBC’s Chuck (1.6/5) delivered its series low at 8p, down -6% from its last original on 2/28/11. At 9p, The Event (1.2/3) dropped -14% and again hit its series low. Since its return, The Event is down -41% from its fall average (1.3/4 vs. 2.2/6).

At 10p, Harry’s Law (1.7/5) matched its lowest original rating to date.
