He’s been largely known as an outspoken African-American owner of broadcast television stations in Indiana.
Now, DuJuan McCoy is getting attention for deciding to team up with a data scientist to launch what’s being called eMedia Augmentation Co. LLC.
McCoy’s partner in the newly created entity is Roosevelt Smith, co-founder of Circle City, licensee of WISH-8 and WNDY-23 in Indianapolis.
McCoy calls eMedia a unique company that uses an advanced data encrypted smart pixel-based technology that can augment big data analytics across many IP-based platforms in real-time via a SAAS-based software as a service dashboard.
In a joint statement, McCoy and Smith explained, “Big data has typically been dominated by the larger big data companies. eMedia’s patent-pending technologies have been 8 years in the making and will offer unique augmenting solutions that are designed to integrate with a client’s current CRSCMS in Real-Time. In many ways, our technology solutions will offer unique big data augmentation via many, if not all, IP-based platforms vs. one. The uses and possibilities with our technology can be endless.”
McCoy will take the CEO title for eMedia Augmentation, while Smith will serve as its Chief Technology Officer.
