To better explain, a leading Christian voice (lower case) is Salem Communications. It’s selling WRFD-AM Columbus OH to Christian Voice (upper case) of Central Ohio, Inc., headed by its president, Dan Baughman. According to broker Greg Guy of Patrick Communications, the price is $4M. Baughman will be adding the station as an AM partner to WCVO-FM in the market. According to Guy, CVCO will have nine stations in Ohio, Indiana and Alabama once this deal closes.
