Donald B. Crawford is selling once again to Donald B. Crawford Jr. It’s not the first time they’ve been dealing partners. This time, Jr. is getting WLGZ-FM in the Rochester NY market.

The station, a Class A on 102.7 MHz licensed to Webster NY, is playing a Nostalgia/Oldies format. The price is $350K, handled in its entirety via a promissory note.

The senior Crawford is dealing as Kimtron Inc., and retains WDCX-AM Rochester in the market; the junior as DJRA Broadcasting LLC.

This will become the second New York and fourth US market for Donald Crawford Jr. He already has an AM-FM combo in Albany-Schenectady-Troy, an AM in Dallas-Ft. Worth and a pair of AMs in Colorado Springs.
