G. Gordon Liddy retiring, Peter Schiff replacing

After 20 years in national syndication, G. Gordon Liddy will be retiring from his daily radio program on the Radio America network.  The G-Man will remain with the network as a commentator and to work on special projects.  Liddy’s final show will be Friday 7/27.

Taking over the M-F 10:00 am – Noon ET time slot will be author and visionary investor, Peter Schiff.  Schiff’s recently released third book, The Real Crash: America’s Coming Bankruptcy – and How to Save Yourself and Your Country, debuted at # 11 on the New York Times bestseller list this week.  On Thursday, Schiff will be giving his insights to a Congressional Subcommittee about the potential negative impact of more generous FHA loan guarantees currently being considered by Congress.

Schiff’s program combines his outlook on current events, business and political developments.  Unlike other radio hosts who only view the world through the prism of politics, Schiff connects today’s news to the world’s of business and finance.  Schiff’s daily program has been airing on Radio America since August, 2011.

Schiff makes regular appearances on CNBC, CNN, Fox News, Fox Business Network, and Bloomberg T.V.  He has also been quoted in many of the nation’s leading newspapers including: The Wall Street Journal; Barron’s; Investor’s Business Daily; The Financial Times; The New York Times; The Los Angeles Times; The Washington Post; The Chicago Tribune; The Dallas Morning News and others.

  1. Well he still appears on 1 of the 5 broadcast channels. Honesty usually gets ya blacklisted from MSM shows.

    • Honesty? He is a convicted criminal and he rails against Democrats but Jimmy Carter commuted Gordon’s jail term – maybe he shouldn`t have.

  2. Wow! I always liked the G-man but Peter will be a terrific new host. Certainly far superior to those amateurs like Hannity, Levin, Savage, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

  3. Excellent news! Peter Schiff is a Ginsu in a rack otherwise full of butter knives by comparison. I’ll second Lew Rockwell’s hope that Dr. Tom Woods will sub when necessary. This is a very positive development!

  4. Really hate to see the G[Man) go and I emphasize the word MAN. He stood for what he believed and did the time to prove it. We don’t have any of his statue in the F.B.I. – CIA or the government period. He is one of the last of the strong ones. The world ahead does not look good, and hope to hear more from the G-Man although he has served his time at being over 80 needs a little time to ride that Harley of his.

  5. Damn! I hate to see him go, he is the last of a vanishing breed. Smart, strong, and a patriot! Now I really have to say WHERE ARE THE MEN???

    • G-Man I miss your program so much. I have never admired and respected anyone as much as I have you. I learned so much from you. I called you one time about the snake you put in your wife’s toilet…I did the same to my sister. You are the best and I will never forget you. I have lots of guns just like Mrs. Liddy.

  6. I listened to Gordon for years when I lived in the DC area. There is not a finer man on radio anywhere. He is a man of honor and integrity. Best of Luck to you and thank you for your service.
