Since mid-2008, Gen2Media and Emmis have collaborated on the creation and implementation of ad-supported online television channels at Emmis stations serving New York City and Los Angeles, including HOT 97, 98.7 KISS-FM, 101.9 RXP, Power 106 and Movin 93.9.
“Results speak volumes,” noted Benjamin Finley, VP, Branded Entertainment at Emmis Communications in New York. “Gen2’s video publishing platform and Smart Content Management System has fast proven to be highly effective at helping Emmis to materially deepen and enrich our engagement with our radio brands’ audiences through the delivery of highly interactive and experiential online video entertainment. Moreover, Gen2’s powerful, multi-dimensional, advertising platform is helping us to attract much more meaningful ad spend from both local and national advertisers, alike, while promoting innovative ideas for new revenue generation opportunities for our company.”
