According to an internal email distributed to station staff on Thursday (7/11), an NBC affiliate serving Eastern South Dakota, Southwestern Minnesota, Northwestern Iowa and parts of Nebraska has been given the Justice Department’s OK to be sold to one of the nation’s largest owners of broadcast TV stations — Gray Television.
