In the county seat of Kendall County, Tex., is an AM radio station with 250 watts of power and an FM translator. Both are silent — the AM via an STA, with the translator as-yet unbuilt.
In fact, this AM hasn’t been on the air for nearly two years. But, the FCC on February 1 negated a license cancellation — a move that led the licensee to sell the facilities.
