The need to find and hire quality sellers in television is escalating. It’s imperative to television’s growth, that owners, operators, and managers have a strong handle on how compensation for television sellers is changing.

Media Staffing Network (MSN) and Radio+Television Business Report (RBR+TVBR) have teamed up to present the 2020 TV Sales Compensation Study, and we need your input!

The survey concludes Friday, and your contribution is essential to helping television station owners, operators, and managers become more competitive – and successful — when hiring new sellers.

We urge you to please fill out this brief survey. As a thank you for your time, all survey participants will be entered in a random drawing to win one of three licenses to MSN’s Local Sales Recruitment Online Learning Program, valued at $999. Each license is good for one year, and each supports up to 3 users per station.

Results from the 2020 TV Sales Compensation Study will be released during the NAB Show in April. All participants in the 2020 TV Sales Compensation Study will receive an advance copy of the report. All submissions will be kept confidential.

We ask for your attention to this short survey and thank you for helping make television sales a more attractive career choice.
