Looking for new ways to grow your talent pool, as well as your vault of cash?


The 2017 Radio Show, set for Sept. 5-8 in Austin, Tex., promises to deliver some solid answers, and they’ll all be given by a collection of the radio industry’s top women.

These leaders will discuss how they cracked the “glass ceiling” and moved up the ranks into executive leadership positions within their companies at a Radio Show panel to be held Sept. 7 from 1:30 pm-2:15 pm Central.

The panel discussion will also share insight on such topics as strategic planning, revenue generation, talent development, decision-making, networking and mentoring.

Moderating the panel is Erica Farber, President/CEO of the Radio Advertising Bureau. Panelists include Beasley Media Group CEO Caroline Beasley, Entercom Communications COO Weezie Kramer, Hubbard Radio CEO Ginny Morris and NRG Media President/CEO Mary Quass.

In other conference news, the 2017 Radio Show Marketplace will feature a 2017 Ford Focus demonstrating the SmartDeviceLink (SDL), a neutral platform that works for all top smartphone models; CarPlay, Apple’s link for iPhones; and Android Auto, Google’s link for Android phones.

Personal demonstration scheduling will be available Sept. 6 from 10am-7pm and Sept. 7 from 9am-5pm.
