A new entrant into the broadcasting business is buying a pair of Idaho television stations from subsidiaries of Intermountain West Communications according to brokerage Kalil and Co. The buyer is Broadcast Partners.

The stations are NBC KPVI-DT Pocatello ID and KXTF-DT Twin Falls ID, which abandoned its Fox affiliation in 2012 in a dispute over reverse compensation.

Terms of the deal were not revealed.

Intermountain recently sold its Yuma AZ station KYMA-DT to Brian Brady’s Blackhawk Broadcasting for $1.3M. According to Kalil, Intermountain still has stations in Las Vegas NV, Reno NV, Casper WY and Helena MT.
