Isobar makes two appointments to global senior team

Isobar, the global full service digital network of Aegis Media, announces two new appointments to its senior management team. Ralph Folz has been appointed to the new position of global chief operating officer, responsible for the structure, process and operations to support the Isobar network, which today has 2,860 employees in 38 countries worldwide.  Ralph will also lead the development of a new Isobar/Aegis Media data capability, integrating proprietary data and analytics to optimize marketing outcomes.


Ralph joined Isobar in 2005, when Isobar acquired US-based Molecular Inc., the digital marketing consulting firm where he was co-founder and CEO. 

At the same time, David Pullan, president, Service Solutions, has taken on the additional role of president, Isobar Global Client Management.  David joined Aegis 2007 to pioneer best practice in integrated solutions across brands and agencies in 70 markets. 

In his new role, David will be responsible for a 40-person team in Europe and the US, delivering digital strategy, account leadership and program delivery to international clients in online media, search, internet consulting and development, creative and specialist services.  He also retains responsibility for the Service Solutions initiative.
