WRMN-AM Elgin IL is changing hands, but current owner K. Richard Jakle will still have a hand in the station as principal of seller Elgin Broadcasting Company, and a member of buyer Fox Valley Broadcasting Company, along with Alexander McNaughton, Stephen L. Marten, Brett D. Grant. The station, is the suburbs west of Chicago, will be sold to Fox Valley for $712.5K Elgin earlier sold the station’s FM sister, WJKL-FM, to noncommercial Educational Media Foundation.
