ARCATA, CALIF. — Behind the “Redwood Curtain” lies Humboldt County, Calif., famously known as the “greenest” part of the Golden State for its marijuana industry and for its tall trees of grandeur.
It’s a large geographical area, with Garberville on the southern edge of the county and the more populous Eureka-Arcata area to the north, near McKinleyville and Blue Lake.
This explains why Educational Media Foundation is selling a Class C1 noncomm in the lower, most rural part of the region.
