A contract has been signed and an application is being filed with the FCC for the transfer of two radio stations in Wyoming from a local company led by Ted Tucker.
The buyer in this deal brokered by Kalil & Co. is the No. 2 licensee of radio stations in the U.S.
Concurrently, this big licensee has completed its Atlanta-market acquisition.
