Blueberry Broadcasting can’t keep all 17 Maine stations it’s getting from Clear Channel, so it is officially turning two of them over to the station holding wing of brokerage firm Kalil & Co. WGUY-FM Dexter ME and WFZX-FM Searsport ME will be licensed to The Kalil Holding Group LLC as Trustee pending resale of the two Bangor-market FMs.
