Kathy Kline to lead Consumer Context Planning at Starcom


Starcom USA has appointed senior vice president Kathy Kline to the head of its consumer content planning (CCP) practice, meaning she will guide the media agency’s approach to mining consumer insights that can be used in the creation of people-centric media campaigns for its roster of blue chip marketers. Kline will report to Starcom USA President/Chief Strategy Officer Steven Buerger.

Among her duties as director of consumer context planning, Kline will head efforts to ensure that every Starcom employee is educated and oriented in the discovering and application of insights – defined by the agency as “illuminating human truths whose discovery inspires unique connections between individuals, their environments and our clients’ brands.”
