For the past 11 years, he’s run a New York advisory firm consulting such entities as Premiere Networks, Viacom, Westwood One, and GeoBroadcast Solutions.

Now, Gary Krantz is joining an investment bank focused on the media, marketing, information and technology industries.

Krantz is now a Senior Advisor for Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips.

Naturally, he’ll focus on the audio industry, a key area of experience for Krantz.

This won’t stop him from running Krantz Media Group, where he serves as CEO.

As an entrepreneur, Krantz in 2019 launched KMG Utopia Studios, serving the podcasting industry.

Before starting his own firm in 2010, Krantz was Chief Digital Officer for Westwood One. He’s also held the role of CEO for the ill-fated liberal talk-focused Air America Radio.
