Marketron has won a contract to provide broadcast management and e-commerce solutions to Lotus Communications. Lotus is one of the largest privately owned radio station groups in the US with 27 stations in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

“Marketron’s ability to show us product advancements that support our long term company goals was a primary consideration in our decision,” states Bill Shriftman, CFO at Lotus.  “Our stations are looking to the future and trust the leadership that Marketron is providing.”

All Lotus stations will use Marketron software to manage their ad inventory. The Marketron solution includes Sales, Traffic, Reports and Billing applications integrated with the Marketron Exchange e-commerce platform.

Marketron Exchange is an e-commerce platform that allows 6,500 U.S. radio stations using Marketron, Visual Traffic, or DeltaFlex business systems to communicate electronically with media buyers. It enables orders, invoices, and proof-of-performance data to flow electronically–eliminating the need for manual processes, reducing discrepancies, increasing radio’s accountability by delivering accurate proof-of-performance to buyers, and bringing more revenue to radio by making it easier to buy.
