According to Mike Gravino of the LPTV Spectrum Rights Coalition, Congress wrote a sentence into spectrum auction legislation that all by itself should allow activists for the medium to bring the auction to a crawl.
Gravino also sees the recent call to avoid tying the auction to the adoption of the ATSC 3.0 standard as short-sighted.
